EVERGREEN CHRISTMAS TABLE WREATH & YOGA WORKSHOP
SUNDAY 3 DECEMBER
9.00am - 12.30pm
MARCOOLA BEACH, SUNSHINE COAST
Enjoy a relaxing morning yoga class, followed by a decadent morning tea. Then after your body is blissed out and your tummy is loved up, we will begin making beautiful evergreen Christmas table wreaths. All in a bright, airy and modern beach house by the sea.
The workshop begins with a yoga class. Time to stop, relax, take a breath and reconnect.
The yoga class will be gentle enough for any level of ability and include asanas (postures) for stretching, releasing and strengthening; relaxation and pranayama (breath technique).
DECADENT MORNING TEA
After the class we’ll share a decadent morning tea of all sorts of joyful things like handmade cakes, tropical fruit, cheese & crackers and of course there will be chocolate!
EVERGREEN CHRISTMAS TABLE WREATHS
You will be given a floral foam wreath frame to use as the base of your wreath and have a beautiful selection of evergreen foliages and textural items such as nuts and pods to play with.
There is something very rejuvenating and soul enriching about sitting in a circle of creativity with likeminded women ~ you will leave the workshop with a beautiful table wreath and a full heart.
Because the wreath is made of evergreens it should last until Christmas, and can also be used as a traditional 4 candle advent wreath. (December 3rd is exactly 4 Sundays from Christmas.)
You can also adorn it with some flowers closer to Christmas.
